Flash Tweening

Having trouble in class tonight with the tweening demo, I took a look online. CS4 tweening is different than CS3 tweening. If you are using your own version of Flash and it is CS3, what I covered a few weeks ago is accurate. If you are going to use the computers in the lab, that will be CS4 and there is new info on tweening - it has changed. Here is a simple video on the new tweening function. I hope this helps. If not, set up your layers and info and we can work on getting it to move as you desire in class next week.

Sorry for the troubles, I had no idea they were going to upgrade the computers or software until after the fact.

Your assignment:
Choose one topic from the following four options:
AIR – FIRE – EARTH – WATER

Collect statistical and factual data on your topic. Eg: 1 billion gallons of drinking water is consumed every day in the Big Apple.

Create a Flash movie focusing on your topic of choice that lasts for at least 30 seconds. Use little to no imagery. Design with Kinetic Typography in mind.

Sound is an option but not necessary.

Use no more than two type families. (eg: Helvetica, Helvetica bold, Helvetic Black are all one family) (suggestion – use one serif and one san serif)

Choose a color palette.
